MAPS Lounge (Open from 8am to 8pm on academic weekdays)

  • Venue for networking support, friendship and study.
  • Mini-kitchen with regular and specialty tea, coffee and milo, two microwave ovens, fridge.
  • Daily newspapers.
  • Office Stationery (hole puncher, large stapler etc)
  • Study groups --these are  co-ordinated when sufficient requests are made for a specific subject.

MAPS Staff & Office

  • Office hours : Tuesdays and Fridays 9am - 1.00pm (academic semesters only).
  • Books : Faculty handbooks, dictionary, thesaurus and various other books are available for loan.
  • Referral to University departments.
  • Friendly staff member.
  • Colour printing, scanning & local fax (click here for prices).
  • A3/A4 Lamination service.
  • Telephone emergency contact point.
  • Message board.
  • For staff assistance, call (03) 9905 1591 (dial 51591 from an internal phone).

Quiet Study Area / Computer Room

  • Venue for quiet study, adjacent room to the MAPS Lounge.
  • Computers and a laser printer connected to Monash ITS Student Network (computer booking required). Featuring 4 fast desktop computers with Flat screen LCDs.
  • Spare desks available for wireless notebook computer users.
