Council Meetings numbered with an additional letter (eg. MSC 09a/05, MSC 14a/05) are special MSC's which can only address one specific issue and can be called at short notice.
Financial motions passed by the student council do not necessarily mean that that exact amount of money has been spent, but simply that it has been authorised.
The minutes on this website are those that have been confirmed as true and accurate by the council. Unconfirmed minutes can be found on the noticeboard in the MSA hallway (Level 1, Campus Centre - Building 10, Monash University Clayton).
